Whether it be to carry out maintenance or relax up on a roof terrace, the manual access rooflight from Okpol opens to an 80° angle via an opening handle for easy and regular entry. The rooflight's manual operation is based on a lift assembly, whereby concealed gas struts securely hold the rooflight open and then fold discreetly away into the frame when closed.

Like all Okpol rooflights, the window represents a stylish and practical way of flooding healthy daylight into a flat roof extension, whilst also providing fresh air circulation. To help reduce heat loss, the integrated upstand that comes as standard with all units is fully insulated and the double-glazed window unit incorporates a warm edge spacer and low E-coating.

With toughened external glazing and a laminated inner, the window has been designed with safety in mind. The surrounding white PVC frame is a minimal maintenance finish that blends in effortlessly with most interiors.
